SPARK: Systems, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and Research Knowledge is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and originality. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening before entering the peer-review process.

The journal uses reliable plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin and iThenticate, to identify potential similarities with previously published works.

Manuscripts are expected to have a similarity index of no more than 20%, excluding references, quotations, bibliographies, and commonly used technical terms. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected at the discretion of the Editorial Board, depending on the nature and extent of the similarities.

Any form of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other unethical publication practices is considered a serious violation of publication ethics and will be handled in accordance with the journal's ethical policies and the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
