SPARK: Systems, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and Research Knowledge does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.

The applicable APC is as follows:

• Indonesian Authors: IDR 300,000 per accepted manuscript.
• International Authors: USD 30 per accepted manuscript.

The APC covers editorial management, peer-review administration, copyediting, layout editing, online publication, and long-term digital archiving.

There are no additional charges for manuscript submission, review, or online access to published articles.
