Submissions

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published or simultaneously submitted to another journal. All submissions must be written in clear academic English and fall within the focus and scope of JACSI: Journal of Autonomous Computing Systems and Intelligence.

1. Manuscript Types

JACSI accepts the following types of manuscripts:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Conceptual Papers

2. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should ensure that the manuscript:

• Is written in English.
• Contains original and unpublished work.
• Is free from plagiarism and properly cites all sources.
• Follows the journal's manuscript template.
• Includes a title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements (if applicable), and references.

3. Manuscript Format

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the following requirements:

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Paper size: A4
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
• References should follow the APA (7th Edition) citation style.
• It is recommended to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

4. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Authors are required to:

• Register an author account.
• Complete all submission metadata accurately.
• Upload the manuscript and any supplementary files.
• Confirm that the manuscript complies with the journal's ethical and formatting requirements.

5. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations.

6. Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to the journal's Publication Ethics policy. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, or unethical research practices will result in immediate rejection or retraction.

7. Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts is:

• IDR 300,000 for Indonesian authors.
• USD 30 for international authors.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

8. Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their published work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article under the journal's open-access policy.
